Cast iron grates on the burners transmit heat efficiently to the pan from the burner. Beneath the burners is a crumb tray that catches and contains loose food matter.

The Sierra Range SR-6-36 gas range’s stainless steel construction can withstand gouges and dents as well as rust. Its backguard keeps food spray and grease from damaging the wall or seeping behind the range. A storage shelf on top of the backguard can store ingredients, bowls, and other essentials. The range’s base houses a 32,000-BTU oven, saving kitchens space for other appliances.
