I bought a Taylor frozen beverage machine and had a great experience. It came with a 30 day warranty. Had an issue that would have been costly to repair. I contacted them. They came to my site - a 2.5 hour drive to see if they could repair the slow leak. They brought another machine in case they couldn’t fix on site. They checked the machine and swapped it out no charge.I will definitely deal with them in the future.
