I am a restaurant owner who was in desperate need for a piece of equipment and thankfully I was able to find Standard Food Equipment through marketplace on Facebook! Even though the owner had already closed for the night (on a Friday night), he turned around and returned to the store in order for me to get the equipment I needed that night! I bought a Taylor frozen beverage machine and had a great experience. It came with a 30 day warranty. Had an issue that would have been costly to repair. I contacted them. They came to my site - a 2.5 hour drive to see if they could repair the slow leak. They brought another machine in case they couldn’t fix on site. They checked the machine and swapped it out no charge.I will definitely deal with them in the future.
